Bucks Open Studios Exhibition
Friday 8 June - Sunday 1 July 2012

During this exhibition there will be several opportunities to meet the artists and makers to discuss their techniques and influences.

There will also be a number of demonstrations over the Open Studios fortnight.

All are FREE to attend & no need to book, just come along :

Jeremy White will be demonstrating working with clay from 10am to 11.45am.

Weather permitting, Richard Ballantyne, from the Buckinghamshire Pottery & Sculpture Society, will be doing a raku-firing demonstration outside in the courtyard garden from 1pm.


Ewa Wawrzyniak will be at the gallery from 1-4pm, with tools and examples of the materials she uses in creating her glass panels and sculptures.

Kay Singla will be demonstrating & discussing her sculpture on both Wednesdays from 11am to 3pm.

Lots to see today - from 10.30 - 12pm Kim Lim will be demonstrating some of her methods of work with clay.

There will be a painting demonstration by Jennifer McAllister from 2pm, and Rachel Wright & Alena Carvalho will also both be at the gallery to discuss their work (also from 2pm).

From 10.30 - 12 Marion Calvert, will be demonstrating working with clay.

On both Fridays jeweller Kate Wilkinson will be at the gallery from 10am to discuss her work & methods.

Kate will also be happy to discuss commissions.

On both Sundays we will have two of the artists with us from 2pm - Edward Stamp will be demonstrating wood engraving and Nathalie Pymm will be at the gallery to discuss her work.

Peter Stocker will be at the gallery from 2pm demonstrating working with clay and to discuss his work and techniques.

Jeremy White will be demonstrating working with clay from 10am to 11.45am.

Chris Inder from the Buckinghamshire Pottery and Sculpture Society, will be at the gallery from 2pm to 4pm demonstrating working with clay and to discuss her work and techniques.

Glass artist Sue Weinstock will be at the gallery from 12noon to discuss her work and her techniques.

Marion Calvert will be at the gallery also from 2pm until 4pm demonstrating techniques of working with clay.

Jennifer McAllister will be at the gallery again from 2pm to discuss her work and demonstrate.

Rachel Wright & Alena Carvalho will also both be at the gallery to discuss their work (also from 2pm).
