New Forest Pony

Fair-Trade Hand-Crafted Giftware from Kenya, South Africa & Zimbabwe

As well as a really wide range of selected paintings, textiles & sculpture by British artists, a large part of this exhibition is fair-trade hand-crafted giftware from Kenya, South Africa & Zimbabwe.

Stone sculptures, wooden carving, recycled metal sculpture, batik and jewellery are amongst the wonderful array of craft items on display at the gallery, both indoors and outside in our Courtyard Sculpture Garden.

The sculpture includes hand-carved Shona Sculpture in beautiful opalstone, serpentine and soapstone. The recycled metal include herons, ducks and hens cleverly crafted from recycled oil drums and all suitable for a garden setting.

There is also a colourful range of ceramic jewellery from Kenya and copper and brass jewellery from South Africa, and fun wire & bead animals and lizards.
