Here at Obsidian we change our exhibitions every 4-6 weeks to keep things as fresh and interesting as possible. We show a huge range of styles of painting & drawing and different mediums by selected British Artists.

Beautiful Hand-Tooled Silver Jewellery with Semi-Precious Stones
Anne says of her work, "The intricate detail on my jewellery, echoes those hypnotic, repeating patterns one sees on Egyptian and Greek animal and flower designs. I also like to combine the beautiful symmetry and asceticism of Art nouveau and Art Deco with some abstract elements, then develop and enhance these by adding semi-precious stones, by doing so, I aim to make contemporary jewellery that is both creative, functional and uniquely wearable."

Striking & Intricate Romantic Costume & Silver Jewellery
Kelly Martinez is a designer and creator of Mythological and Faerie inspired silver and costume jewellery. She has over 18 years experience in the fine jewellery trade and her work has covered such diverse elements as master pattern making, fine jewellery sculpture and design, restoration of ecclesiastical, museum and private collection pieces.
Her beautiful jewellery has now evolved into an even more highly sculptural form, art that can either be displayed or worn.
Beautifully Crafted Silver Jewellery
Hannah Willow paints & creates magical jewellery inspired by folklore and poetry. These words often form the first stirrings of a new idea and are an intrinsic part of her work. On the back of all her pieces of jewellery she engraves words or poetry that reflect the magic and feeling that inspired that particular piece.

Strong, Original Designs in Silver and Semi-Precious Stones
Katie Saunders is a self-taught jewellery artist specialising in silver-smithing and stone-setting. She draws her inspiration from nature, blending organic textures with sumptuous gemstones. Katie says of her work... "I am a lover of all things spontaneous and untameable in nature, whether it be the rippling water of a lake, a glistening mackerel or the semi-exposed roots of an ancient oak. I am passionate about the properties of the earth and my choice of gemstones reflects this."
